Monkeys, Go Home!

Hank Dussard (Dean Jones), a young American who inherits a farm in a small French village, is unfamiliar with traditional farming methods, and comes up with an unconventional plan: train four chimpanzees to harvest the olive groves on his property. The local villagers, including Maria (Yvette Mimieux), are skeptical of his methods and worry about the disruption the chimps might cause. The situation becomes even more comical as Hank struggles with cultural misunderstandings, the challenges of managing the mischievous monkeys, and the villagers’ resistance.

A group of kids seize the opportunity of a rare snow day and make the most of their unexpected break from school. The story centres on Hal (Mark Webber), who sees the snow day as a chance to win the heart of his crush, Claire (Emmanuelle Chriqui), and his younger sister Natalie (Zena Grey), who rallies her friends to defeat the snowplow driver (Chris Elliott) to extend their winter fun. Meanwhile, their parents navigate their own misadventures, with their dad (Chevy Chase) trying to salvage his TV weather job and their mom (Jean Smart) juggling work and family chaos.
