Colour them green
Crayola has always created stuff that’s green in colour, now it’s created products that are green by virtue of their environmental friendliness. The company’s latest innovations, all Construction Paper, Doodle and Scribble Pads and Crayon and Coloured Pencils Pads are now certified by the Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC), the world’s largest forest certification system and resource of certified wood. The PEFC provides assurance to purchasers of wood and paper products that they are promoting the sustainable forests ecologically, economically, socially and culturally. In addition to eco-friendly paper, all Crayola coloured pencils are made from reforested lumber and contain no tropical rainforest wood. Crayola has a history of more than 20 shades of green, with 16 named after something in nature, from electric lime to sea green and mountain meadow.
