Gluten free but not good taste free

Thanks to the Healthy Shopper <>  my family has had the opportunity to indulge in some taste healthy products.

One on my favourite products that we have tried is Pamela’s Products, it is wheat and

gluten- free All Purpose Flour Artisan Blend. I am not a huge fan of a lot of gluten free products as I feel the taste is a little sweet. However this weekend we decided to use the All Purpose Flour Artisan Blend to make blueberry pancakes from scratch.
This recipe is quick and easy and makes delicious pancakes ~ makes about 10 medium size pancakes
1 cup of Pamela’s Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Artisan Blend
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 cup of frozen PC Wild Blueberries
Mix together – set pan at low heat and fry pancakes
When our pancakes are cooked, we like to add plain yogurt and Chia seeds and pure Canadian maple syrup.
Hope you try this recipe, doesn’t even taste like gluten-free pancakes.
